Growing up with Cypriot roots, I've always felt a deep connection to the island—its people, traditions and breathtaking landscapes. Every visit left me inspired by its incredible natural beauty and, above all, the extraordinary botanicals that flourish across the island.
In my view, Cyprus is home to some of the finest botanicals in the world.
That belief sparked a journey to create a premium spirit worthy of the island that inspired it, a spirit that could stand proudly among the world's best while becoming the go-to choice for those who appreciate exceptional quality.
Creating YIASOU wasn't about following trends; it was about honouring Cyprus.
