Yiasou was born from a passion for Cyprus, a love of its heritage, and a belief that the best moments in life are those we share.
What began as an idea years ago evolved into a personal journey of discovery, learning and determination. From studying the art of distilling to refining recipes and perfecting every detail of the bottle and brand, every step has been driven by one ambition: to create spirits that capture the warmth, character and spirit of Cyprus.
Our gin brings together 11 carefully selected botanicals inspired by the island’s diverse landscapes, while our grain-based vodka is quadruple-distilled for exceptional smoothness. Both have been crafted with patience, passion and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
